My space is the new inter-administrative citizen portfolio module offered by the AOC with the service of Electronic Office and Transparency (Open Government), with which we take an important qualitative leap to improve the information of the procedures in an easy and agile, with a cross-cutting approach and a citizen-centered vision.
Specifically, the My Space module aims to respond to the following objectives:
- That the public can consult all its procedures and actions, with an inter-administrative view, from any website of the Administration, in accordance with the legal obligations of the General Electronic Access Point regulated in Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the common administrative procedure of public administrations.
- That the public can consult their personal data and know the use made by public administrations, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations.
