By accessing a procedure, the following detail is observed:
To download the receipt for the procedure, simply click on the "Download the receipt" button. In the tab "Your request" you can see all the data you have added to the procedure:
In the "Attached files" tab you can see all the files you have attached to the procedure and download them, if you do not attach anything the tab will not appear:
Finally, in the "Your contact details" tab, you will be able to see the phone number and email added during the procedure:
