Automatically
- Automatically for entities using the e-Office and Transparency service, and e-TRAM . Access to My space will be made from a section accessible to the e-Office and Transparency service of each entity, specifically from the item "My personal space" (previously called "my procedures"). ”).
- The entities with the current e-TRAM service from their catalog of procedures will also be directed to the new My Space module. In the future, and in the new e-TRAM (currently piloted) will have a prominent place in the catalog of procedures.
On demand
- For Catalan public bodies that do not use the Open Government services (e-Headquarters and Transparency) or the e-TRAM of the AOC , they must make a request through EACAT:
